Our classes are all open for beginners and newbies to CrossFit,we at BST do not charge per session we have a flat monthly rate of R650 per/month for unlimited sessions.
Booking is easy just email me at hannes.009@gmail.com with a time and date you want to try it out.Our times are at: 05:00-09:00AM and 16:00-20:00PM.
