150 Airsqauts/Partner has to keep OH sqaut position in full sqaut 50/30kg
100 push ups/partner has to keep fully extended push up position
50 Pistol sqauts/ partner has to keep bar in front racked position 50/30kg
25 back sqauts 50/30kg / partner has to keep SINGLE ARM HAND STAND HOLD
