Buddy workout

Perform as many reps as possible in 90sec per exercise , the score for that exercise will be the numbers of reps of the partners who performed the least reps.Perform 5 Rounds with 30sec rest between each set.

Partners my not be active at the same time.

Box jumps

Burpee to dubble chin up (2reps)
