Hold extended position for 5 sec after each rep

Partner WOD

With one person following the other both has to individually complete

Reps 20-15-10-5
DB clean and jerks 20/10
KB Goblet sqauts 24/14

Then as a team complete
200 Double unders

Then as a team
50 Thrusters/ Partner must hold Hand stand position
50 Burpees/ Partner must hold chin above bar
