Workout

This is a 3 Station workout ,use same weight for all Bar exercises. Do not rest between Stations.

Station 1 (10min cut off)

FRAN

If completed under 10min rest untill 10min is done.

Station 2 (7min AMRAP)

28 Double unders
7 Power cleans
7 Push press
7 Over head sqauts

Station 3 (7min AMRAP)

10 Toes to Bar
10  Burpee tuck jumps
10 Hollow rocks
