We are introducing our BST Kettle Bell  sessions with our newest BST CrossFit staff member and Kettle Bell specialist Dylan .

This sessions will focus on all Kettle bell movements ranging from the basic swing to the advance movements. With the addition of the BST Kettle Bell sessions all our clients will reap the benefits of having specialist Kettle Bell training.


Warm up

Basics and fundamentals of Kettle Bell swing and Goblet squat.

Short Kettle Bell WOD will follow session.
