Barbell complex

Complete for time

100 Double unders

75 Over head squats 25/15 kg

50 Pull ups

25 pistol squats

Penalty:

Over 12min : 75 Wall balls

Over 10min : 50 wall balls

Over 8min : 25 Wall balls
