Today we will be having a session in honor of Madiba,the 67 reps in this workout will represent the 67 years of struggle that he went threw.

This workout will be Called “Madiba” Please perform the Workout and post your time , this is our way at BST CrossFit to do what we love for the people that we care for.

10 Squat snatch 60kg

1 Rope climbs ( 4m )

10 Strict Hand Stand push ups

1 Rope climbs ( 4m )

10 Clean and Jerks 60kg

1 Rope climbs ( 4m )

10 Muscle ups

1 Rope climbs ( 4m )

10 Over head squats 60kg

1 Rope climbs ( 4m )

10 Burpee to bar ups

1 Rope climbs ( 4m )

67 Reps representing Madiba’s 67 years fighting for freedom.
