Warm up

Deadlift ladder

Perform one deadlift on each weight then move to the next weight.Between each weight you must perform 5Pull ups and 10Box jumps

The weights are : All the weights are in kilograms

Men 60/80/100/120/140/160/170/180/190/200/210/220/230/240

Women 35/55/65/75/85/95/105/115/125/135/145/155/165

Time cap : 15minutes
