Warm up

Samson Lunges 6per side X 3sets

Ring rows 10 X 3

T-Push ups 10 X 3

For time (time starts when row starts and time ends with last burpee )

500m Row (35 Sumo deadlift high pulls 35/20kg)

20 Back sqauts (80/50kg)

Then (reps 20-16-12-8)

Wall balls

Burpees
