Work out of the week (WOW)

This is a weekly Challenge

Rules are easy

Workout starts Monday 05:00 , Cut off  Saturday 09:00.

Do all reps in BST Box

First to complete challenge will be crowned winner for the week.

WOW may only be completed after WOD is done.
